What eat?

National Geographic included Yerevan in the list of “6 unexpected cities for food connoisseurs”, calling it one of the best places in Asia with rich cuisine. More than 80 species, for example, from fig leaves, are prepared here for one dolma. The meat is cooked in Armenia so that you lick your fingers! It is stuffed, fried over an open fire, baked in tonir and stewed for a couple – meat is traditionally served with vegetables, so you can afford a dessert gata or ice cream with pieces of baklava.

Restaurants

Steak houses serve delicious pieces of young gobies with the author’s sauces, in pandoks – the most delicious pork barbecue, in restaurants they arrange a fire show with a lamb on a spit. Restaurants in the center come across at every step – small cozy eateries, atmospheric restaurants, decorated in the national style, inexpensive pandokas and expensive fashionable restaurants with the author’s menu and a rich selection of alcoholic drinks.
