Water

In Yerevan, you can drink tap water without fear and, of course, from street fountains – pulpulak, which is in every yard, as well as practically at the intersection of all the city streets. In the capital, it is as tasty as “in Dilijan, where water takes the second place in the world!”

Beer

This delicious drink from malt and barley based on mountain water once conquered Alexander the Great. And today in Yerevan, in tiny pubs and in a large restaurant with a terrace, you can drink beer with Sevan crayfish, as well as try dozens of varieties of craft beer that are brewed on the spot, including apricot ale.

Cognac

In the Soviet years, Armenia got the status of cognac producer. They started producing Armenian cognac more than 130 years ago, they made it specifically for meeting Stalin with the leaders of the allied countries and for polar explorers drifting on the ice, even launched into space! Today, a glass of good brandy can be enjoyed with a juicy local peach, delicious dried fruits and a virtuoso jazz game.
